In this blog i am going to share you some secrets by which you can improve your life style and can reduce your belly fat in 1 week of time.In todays time whether it is children or adults every one favourite food is fast food and because of this many health problems like obesity, overweight are affecting our life they simply forget to live healthy life so today iam going to help you to improve your lifestyle and habits by which you can lead to healthy life and can  reduce your belly fat in just 1 week of time .
 
These are some useful tricks which surely helps you-

1).DRINK WATER
 
First is water you should have to drink atleast 3-4 liters of water everyday.it is very important to stay hydrated when you are looking to reduce your belly fat beause water helps to flushes out toxins ,improves your bowel movements and keeps your metabolism high. the best time to drink water is when you wake up you have to drink water empty stomach. you have to ustilise that morning time and drink 3-4 glasses of water.one more thing that dont drink water before and after the meal

Fourthly you have to start consume low fat dairy products as the dairy products are loaded with saturated fat and if you want to cut down your belly fat then you should avoid this and make sure that you have to consume low fat version of milk and other dairy products.

You have to cut down the use of sugar and salt. sugar is nothing but it is empty calories and salt on the other hand holds water in your body and makes you gain weight and whatever you eat outside is either loaded with salt or is loaded with sugar so you also have to avoid junk food.Even at home minimise the use of sugar and salt.

6).USE LESS OIL

The whole idea is to use as less oil for cooking as possible.instead of  using refined oil start using better oil like olive oil, coconut oil, mustard oil 

7).SLEEP WELL

It has been scientifically proved that sleeping well keeps your food cravings low and helps you in weight loss so make sure that you have atleast slept for 7-8 hours evey night

8) CUT DOWN CARBOHYDRATES

You have to cut down carbohydrates as we know that indian food is full of carbohyadrates. food like chapatis, rice, patatoes,bread these all are very high in carbohydrates and our body take very long time to digest them and all the excess carbohydrates gets stored as fat. so you have to switch to complex carbohydrates like multigrain  whole wheat , brown rice, oats 
 
9).PROTEIN 

You have to increase the protein intake its makes your skin, hair quality better, protein reduces your food cravings by about 60 percent because protein naturally has a complex structure. so when we eat protein our body finds little difficult to break it down. protein rich foods- egg white, soyabean,panner,fish,pulses these are some protein food that helps you out.

10).EXERSICE
