1).BLOOD CIRCULATION: 

The nutrients in our body flow through blood. if the blood circulatation in your scalp is low,even if you take a nutritious diet your hair will fall. This because the nutrients are not able to reach the scalp area
so how do you improbe your blood circulation
•Massage your scalp for 3-4 times a week and please dont use oil which contain chemicals like artificial fragnance because it contains alcohol and alcohol is not good for your hair.so it is better to use mustard oil,coconut oil or olive oil. massage your hair gently.if is done with force it can lead to hair breakage.you can massage your hair before going to sleep or half an hour before going to bath.
•Another way to increase blood circulation is done by doing exersice.Any exersice done for 30-45min can improve your blood circulation drastically.specially women because some of them are also suffering from thyroid or other kind of hormonal imbalalnces so exersice is highly recomended to you. 
 
2). INCREASED DHT

Another major cause of hair loss is due to the rise in the levels of dihydrotestosterone.Almost 90% of the hair loss in men are because of the hormone dihydrotestesterone which is  commonly know as DHT, it is essentially formed fro testosterone through a biochemical reaction.DHT causes the shortening of the life span of hair follicles and chokes the haie follicles and shuts them down.So in order to reduce the DHT levels in the body you should include DHT blocking foods.some of the DHT blocking foods are Fenugreek seeds ,Almonds , Banana, Tomato, Carrots, Mushrooms.

3).POOR NUTRIENT

Poor nutrient is one of the major reason as to why the hair of man and woman starts thining at early age. if the body is devoid of nutrients for a very long time, one thing it can afford is to lose hair . body thinks that it can survive without a single hair on thr head. So,its stops making hair and takes care of the other vital organs.So, any hormonal imbalance or lack or nutients hair has to pay the price. as we all know these days fast food , fat diets , coldrinks , artificial sweetners ,processed foods are very much  part of every teenagers diet and this needs to fixed . every hair strand is made up of protein so one should definately have their daily dose of protein.Food like paneer,fish,chicken,chickpeas,lentils,black channa are all rich in protein and one should involve these things in their diet. also healthy fats are very important for hsir health Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts, Flaxseeds are all good sources of healthy fats. There are geneally two types of vitamins water soluble and  fat soluble . vitamin A,D,E and K all are fat soluble . and if you remove fat from your diet,your body will automaticlly get deficient of these vitamins to make that healthy fat are part of your diet and also B vitamins are very imprtant for hair health.Next iron and vitamin c are very important to prevent hair loss. these both comes hand to hand this is because vitamin c is very important to absorb iron in he body.if you take iron but dont consume vitaminC .it will not be absorbed .All the green leafy vegetables like spanich and cauliflower are great sources of iron.And of the best sources of vitamin c available to us is amla or indian gooseberry.other sources of vitamin c are orange,lemon,capsicum etc .so if you eat well balance diet then you will see that you stop loosing your hair.
